The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires each local Workforce Development Board (WDB) representing the Northeast Pennsylvania Workforce Region to develop a four-year NEPA Regional Plan for Program Years (PY) 2025 – 2028 for the period beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029.  The NEPA Regional Plan is available to the public for review and/or comment. The NEPA Regional Workforce Development Boards hereby announce a 30-day comment period commencing on May 15, 2025, and continuing through June 13, 2025.  Any and all interested parties may view the NEPA Regional Plan on its website at www.lswib.org. Comments may be directed to information@lswib.org.
