LEGAL NOTICE

The Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Investment Board, Inc., also known as  Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Development Board (L/S WDB), a 501 ( c ) 3 private non-profit organization, is seeking qualified proposals from Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms that have extensive experience in providing audit and Form 990 services to non-profit organizations that receive multiple sources of federal funds.*  Prior experience auditing Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) (Public Law 113-128-July 14, 2014, and its implementing regulations) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funds is preferred but not required.  The audit period covers three program years, beginning July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028 for PY 25, 26 and PY 27.

Interested proposers may secure the proposal by submitting a written request to L/S WDB, 32 E. Union Street, Second Floor, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701, or email at information@lswib.org with the subject line “Request RFP for Audit and Form 990 Services”. Proposals must be received no later than Monday, December 22, 2025, at 12:00 noon EST.
